Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Corcus Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have established the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure transparency and clarity.


Refunds:
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered via email, download link, or user account. This is because digital files, once accessed, cannot be returned to their original state. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If the product was never delivered as promised.
  • Corrupt or Incomplete Files: If the delivered file is proven to be corrupted, incomplete, or unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue despite reasonable efforts.

Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before delivery. Once the product has been sent, accessed, or downloaded, cancellation is no longer possible.


Important Notes:

  • Refund requests made after 48 hours from the time of purchase may not be considered.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith.
